Skysmart is an educational platform for kids. The main product is 1/1 online lessons with a teacher. But there are also group lessons for each subject (with the first three-month free trial) that students can buy as additional activities during their learning process. As part of this project, I led the redesign of the group lessons product, enhancing its functionality and user experience.

At Skysmart we launched group lessons aiming to make lessons more affordable for kids who cannot afford more 1/1 lesson and grow our user base.
Users felt lost in the world of group lessons. They couldn't figure out how it all worked, which left them with less value from the lessons.
Skysmart's conversion rates for group lessons were disappointingly low. We needed to bridge the gap between trial users and committed subscribers.
